Coming from a competitive gymnastics background, Noel combined her passion for the sport and eagerness to learn by delving into the field of entrepreneurship at the ripe age of 23. As Founder and CEO behind the Work it Out brand, Noel has established fitness studios as a safe haven for all things fitness and wellness, driven from the female perspective. Noel always kept the message of empowerment and motivation in mind when she built both studios from scratch. The brand strives to create physical exercise while keeping a core mission in motivating women throughout all walks of life. Experiential studios and class diversity is the engine behind the company’s philosophy; Noel has successfully established a staff of fifty, a member base of over 500, and an overall inclusive community of women.
As she constantly crosses new challenges, Noel keeps her role as a mother closely to her everyday execution. This has helped her navigate the world as a businesswoman that much more confidently. As the oldest sister of three, she proudly works alongside her two younger sisters Devon and Tara Descalzi. Her stance on her numerous roles as sister, mother, wife, and boss, is to learn from each of these roles and to evolve herself into a true, transformational leader.
Most recently, Noel has taken the role of host and Producer, as she has launched Wake Up With WiO, a not-so-typical morning show. WUWW discusses the topics of health, wellness, fitness, food, and business from the female perspective, all in front of, and alongside the Hoboken community and beyond.
Noel’s overall goal is an on-going journey of personal growth through setting positive examples of being a dynamic business owner, while maintaining the progression of her own womanhood. Noel empowers others through her dedicated leadership and career success attempting to make a true difference in how female entrepreneurs are viewed in the world.
