At Work it Out you have the freedom to customize your weekly workouts the way that you want and need

them to be. We strongly recommend a healthy balance of classes, encompassing all of our categories.

We offer different experiential workouts including; Ride, Tone, Dance + Core.

No matter what class you choose, all are designed to keep you motivated, challenged and in the best shape of your life.

Ride


Ride


We've taken traditional spin classes and turned them on their head. Our classes are driven by choreography and music. Below you have a selection of rides that let you either dance to the beat, tone your arms, mix it all together or simply ride your heart out.

naked ride

Take it all off! (No! JK!) What we mean is, sometimes all you need are the bare minimums for an awesome workout. This class brings you all the intensity you ever wanted in spin. Get ready to sweat, climb, sprint and burn fat like never before!.

riding high

Take your upper body along for the ride. Incorporating light weights with a concentration on toning your arms so your legs don’t think they’re in it alone. They have feelings, too, you know.

Tone


Push yourself in our customized toning classes to tighten up OR tone up all over. These classes range from HIIT, circuit training, total body or body part specific classes. Each is fused with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and your muscles burning.

next stop skinny

All aboard! Next Stop IS Skinny! Here is where you learn how amazing it feels to tone every inch of your body. No muscle is left behind in this total body circuit class where each station works a different spot and blasts of cardio keep you chugging. Be prepared to lose some baggage.

upper class

Not to be snooty, but this upper body toning workout is in a class by itself. Get that sought after I’m-too-sexy-for-my-tank look using bands and weights to tone and tighten your arms to perfection. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest and core are all invited to this exclusive soiree of upper-scale fitness.

sweata weatha 

You look hot! This class makes temperatures rise by combining weighted bars, medicine balls, kettle bells and cardio for an intense, nonstop, full body workout designed to cleanse, challenge and change your body in any weather.

tight end

Hut, hut, hike! What’s round and firm and toned all over? Your booty baby! This series of on-target exercises will strengthen and tone your inner and outer thighs, glutes and hamstrings, giving you the “tight-tookus” you’ve always wanted.

We're suckers for the beat and know nothing feels better than getting your body moving and letting everything else go. These classes are designed to incorporate dance-based choreography, along with strength and flexibility elements that appeal to all levels of fitness. The perfect compliment to our toning classes.

ab salute

Who doesn’t want six-pack abs? ‘Nuff said. Join us for a proper salute to your core. Using weights, stability & medicine balls and classic exercises to get the abs you’ve always dreamed of. This class is great paired with any other WiO workout. Hint, hint. Two-a-day anyone?

mat queen

Total body transformation awaits you! So do head turns and whistles. Based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, featuring some sizzlingly creative WiO touches, this workout brings articulate movement, technique and body control all together in a warm embrace, teaching you to be in control of your body, rather than at the mercy of it. Famous for enhancing your core strength, balance and flexibility for that strong, long and lean result. 

tone n' ohm

An exclusive, custom crafted hybrid yoga class that merges cardio, toning and a Vinyasa flow all into one class. It will strengthen, tone and ohm-out every body part. 

candybarre

Treat yourself to the talk of the town! One taste of our full bodied, ballet barre workout, and you’ll be hooked. Static strength training, isometric toning, stretching and dancing, to delicious rhythms, paired with an equally decadent cool down. Barre is a highly effective method that firms, lengthens and shapes your muscles to their optimal form!— high, rounded seats; flat, outer thighs; long, lean torsos; and defined waistlines. Pas de Bourrée right in and grab your spot at the CandyBarre!

Admit it, you’re in love with a good dance session. Don’t be ashamed. It happens…the moment you hear that ir- resistible beat, it’s all over. You can’t hide your feelings any longer. It’s ok, you’re not alone. Move Sweat Work with us in this class that combines choreography and toning in one. It'll leave you leave you limp and have you begging for more!

she's a knockout

This choreographed cardio boxing class will make you float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. Combining boxing, weight training, and toning like never before. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to take on the world - like the KNOCKOUT we know you are! Class performed with light weights. Boxing gloves are not required.

Our signature creation, Blended classes, marry our most popular and challenging workouts, bringing you a full body, efficient class that doesn’t cut corners on cardio or toning. Offered exclusively at our downtown studio on River Street, Blended classes are a combination of our most popular toning classes merged with our signature Ride classes. These classes will give you everything you need to propel your fitness forward. Part ride, part toning, part amazing.

Blended Ride stripped. Using two stations, Bike and Floor get a complete workout with this 50-minute banger. Focus on soul-shaking spin cardio, along with total body toning using free weights, repetition, resistance and more.

blended mixer

Challenge yourself with circuits, drills, body resistance, free weights and Ride cardio in this 3 part, timed class. This class allows you to tap into your inner athlete to give you a full body, efficient 50-minute class that doesn’t skimp anywhere!

Go Mommy & Co.


Go Mommy & Co.


Hey there HOT mama! Whether you are a mom-to-be, newbie to the mom crew, or a mom-vet. Our Go Mommy & Co. program incorporates small group training, all the way up to Ride classes, with our version of child care, Kids GAP, and everything in between. If you are a busy mom, Kids GAP is perfect so you can workout, while your child learns, plays and does gymnastics! Find a class that works for you and your tot!

bite size barre 

For you and your Bite Size (1 - 18 month old)

Our popular CandyBarre class for you and your cutie. Mamas, you can buckle up your baby in any carrier sling to feel that extra burn — or let your baby hang out in a seat or blanket next to you! As long as you’re not chasing your wee one around the room, they are welcome in class with you. Win-win for new moms and babies! Expecting a baby or looking for a daytime barre class? You should join us too!

kids gap 

Kids Gymnastics And Play ( 12 weeks - 5 years)

Our version of child care. Kids GAP is hosted during specific class times Monday - Friday at our Willow location and 9am Saturday mornings at our River location. Your tot will be treated to age appropriate active play and learning hosted by our trained staff, utilizing gymnastics apparatus, arts and craft activities, and engaging games to support locomotor skills and learning.

Participation is available for a $10 drop in rate, or a 10-Pack for $80. To sign up, look for Kids GAP listed on our MindBody schedule.
