Drumroll please…We are happy to announce our first ever WiOathlon! We love doing all types of workouts, so we pulled some of our most popular classes and created a 90-minute WiOathlon for a well-rounded, day of riding, toning, and some ohm-ing just for you! Take the challenge and sign up for the first WiOathlon on Sunday September 21st, 11a - 1p.

  • 30-minutes of Rock n’ Ohm with Kate

  • Post-workout shopping, snacking and socializing

Besides just the sweat and endorphins you’ll experience during this event, there are true health benefits to each type of training offered, so let’s take a look inside each area:

  • Riding - The ride is a great place to push yourself to the max, get your heart pumping and a way to give your entire body, (not just your legs) a killer workout. It is the perfect solution to establish sustained cardio-centered activity to maintain a healthy heart!

  • Toning - Want to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently? Strength training to the rescue!
