Jayme Cilente
Total weight loss: 24 pounds and counting!



Jayme has seen significant progress thanks to WiO’ing with us and we want to share her success story with you!

  • Has WiO left an impression on you different then other gyms have in the past?  
    WiO is more than just a gym to me! It is an amazing community that offers so much more than just fitness classes. I get to workout, have fun, make friends and most importantly, see results. It’s a place where everyone who works at WiO knows me by name, and is always more than willing to provide me with the motivation and encouragement I need to push myself further than I would be able to on my own. I love that WiO is a fitness boutique in Hoboken that allows me to get a different workout everyday. I can't get enough of all the great classes and never get bored! WiO has top-notch instructors and a variety of classes that keep me coming back as many times as I can fit it into my schedule.


  • How much weight have you lost since beginning at Work it Out and what keeps you motivated to continue?
    Since starting at WiO, I have lost a total of 24 pounds (and counting). I used to work in the health and fitness field and found it very difficult to get back into the swing of things when I left the industry. WiO has shown me how to love fitness again and I am forever grateful for that. I am getting married this August and that has helped give me extra motivation to stay committed to losing weight. I not only want to look my best on my wedding day, but I also want to be as happy and healthy as I can when I start my life together with my husband to be.
  • What are 3 pieces of advice you would offer your fellow WiO'ers to help them stick to their goals and accomplish them?
    Take as many different classes as possible, changing my routine regularly helped me to push myself outside my comfort zone.  That has carried over into my everyday life too! Tell friends, family and co-workers about your goals, it has helped me to stay on track when I want to cheat on my diet or skip my workouts. It also helped me to surround myself with supportive people that understand that I have made a commitment to getting healthy and that it is a priority in my life.  Make time for yourself. I often feel guilty for choosing WiO over other things going on in my life, however I know that I have to do what is best for me and stick to it in order to achieve my goal of losing 21 more pounds. I try my best to balance everything in my life and work around my WiO schedule when making plans.
