"We enjoyed the nice weather and did a jog down to the water then did some track drills before heading back to the studio. We added in some kickboxing moves, then went onto interval training with different types of cardio moves in times segments - everything from burpees to traveling push-ups to squat jumps got some air time - then cooled down with a jog to Columbus square park before letting the mommies go enjoy their day. Lisa surprised us at the end with a great treat - a fruit and Greek yogurt parfait."
