As you sign up for classes in the upcoming weeks, you might see some familiar faces teaching WiO Ride, Go Mommy, or Riding High. They are Sheillah Dallara, Jamie Klein, and Michelle Falcone.
These ladies have had a passion for fitness for a long time and have been dedicated WiO-ers! Did we mention that Sheillah and Jamie were one of our first clients when our doors opened nearly three years ago?
After living and breathing fitness for themselves, they are ready to bring their enthusiasm to the studio! Check out their bios below and leave them a little love and definitely sign up for a class with them!!
About Our New Instructors:
Jamie Klein
Jamie's love for fitness began at a young age with ballet, tap, jazz, and cheerleading. As she became more committed, she started dancing for Anheuser-Busch's Sesame Place theme park. She performed shows in costume as Ernie, Grover and other Sesame characters. She also started competing in cheerleading and went to Nationals in Tampa, Florida in 2001. Eventually, she channeled her endless energy into running and biking. Now, she is a marathon runner and Mad Dogg certified spinning instructor. She has taught indoor cycling for over 2 years and run over 30 half marathons. She loves to travel and compete in races around the country. Some of her favorites include the Disney Princess, New Orleans Rock & Roll, and Maui Half Marathons. Her next event on the horizon is the 2013 NYC Marathon on November 3rd!
Michelle Falcone
Michelle has been a fitness and health enthusiast since her college days at the University of Delaware. In her post college life, she has developed a slight obsession with busting a move on her spin bike.  Being a Hoboken resident for over two years now, she has gained much love and respect for Work It Out. This love spurred her to get certified! During the day you can find her in NYC at her 9AM-6PM Human Resources job and after 6 PM, you will find her taking WiO’s “Zumba Love” class with Kelly, riding on her spin bike in her downtown apartment, running along the water in Hoboken and now…teaching at WiO!
Sheillah Dallara
Sheillah is one busy mama, literally! She is a mother to two young children, Mad Dogg Spin certified, an accomplished athlete including collegiante level crew, a cyclist and marathon runner, and now a fiesty Work it Out Ride Instructor! Sheillah has been a committed rider at the Work it Out Studios since the doors opened in 2010 and now she is bringing her passion out as an instructor. You'll be sure to rock and ride with Sheillah as she blasts a wide range of music and pushes you through all her classes. Be sure to check her out on the schedule!
