How many children do you have and what are their ages and names?
I have 2 children.  Anna is almost 2.5 and Walker is 10 months. They are exactly 18 months apart. Both born on the 22nd of the month.
What does a typical day look like for you? 
My kiddos are always awake by 6am.  So, I always start my day with a large cup of coffee! Then we get ready to head out for the day. Our days always involves Go Mommy, then off to the park, naps, back outside, then home for dinner and bed.  I try to keep our days basic because I feel it can eliminate the stress that accompanies running from one activity to the next. 
Being a mommy is tough work, how do you have time to get to the gym?
I schedule our day around WiO classes.  I really look forward to the 50-minutes of "me" time that I get to enjoy during class.  I go to spin not just for my physical health, but my mental health.  It is so therapeutic to just get lost in the class's amazing playlists and forget about anything that may be causing me stress.  
What is your favorite WiO class and why?
Go Mommy Mixer. I like that the class offers some arms and abs.  
What keeps you motivated?
Right now I am motivated by getting to my goal weight.  Also, my sister-in-law and I have a fun little contest going between us.  We are both gearing up for our family vacation. 
Have you ever brought your children to WiO?
Yes,  always.  Both Anna and Walker love WiO classes.  Stephanie, Gina, and Amanda all take such extra-special care of all of the children. 
Three pieces of advice to your fellow mommy WiO's about how you find balance in your everyday life!
Oh man, I would feel silly giving advice about finding balance.  Right now I am totally lacking balance. I will say that I once read an amazing article about working to achieve balance titled Don't Carpe Diem by Glennon Melton.  It really helped me to put a lot of things into perspective.
