How many children do you have and what are their names and ages?
We have two children: Jack is 4 and Maggie is 2.

What does a typical day for you look like?
I'd like to say that there's no typical day for us, but since my son has started school, we do seem to have a routine now. We drop Jack off at school (as close to on time as possible), and then head to the park or run errands. We head home for lunch and naptime, and then it's back to school to get Jack and then we're off to the park, followed by dinner, tubs, books and bed. Throw a little Dora or Fireman Sam in there for good measure. I work a few days a week, so that slightly changes the routine, but not that much. Oh, can't forget 9:15 am Go Mommy twice'ish a week!

Did having children cause you to be more aware of the importance of good health?
Of course. I've never been an athlete or a fan of dieting, but I want to be around for all of the milestones that lie ahead so I'm working hard to make exercise and healthy eating a part of our life.

What motivates you to get to the studio?
Most importantly, it's an hour of "me time." But, we also have three family weddings coming up in the next year (one of which I am in), so I figure I best get my butt in gear. Wedding attire and pictures are always a good motivator.

What are you favorite places in Hoboken to go on a date night with the Hubby?
We don't seem to get out that much, but when we do, a movie or a dinner at Elysian Café or the Fig Tree is just the ticket.

What do you do to treat yourself and unwind after a busy day with the kids?
Ben and Jerry's and whatever's on the DVR.

Advice/motto you have for other WiO Moms!
It seems cliché to say, but it really is so true...don't sweat the small stuff. Unless of course, you're working out.
