If you are coming to my Zumba class, get ready to shake it and have some fun! To get the most out of a Zumba Love class, there are few things to keep in mind.
 
1. Let it GO! 
Come in, take a deep breathe, and shake away the stress of the day. This class is designed to give you a good work out, true, but it is also designed to give you an escape- 55 minutes to get your groove on and let it go. You can forget your inhibitions, you can kick your cares to the curb. Just have fun. Not getting the steps? No worries, just keep it moving, and you will be just fine. Cut your self some slack. Sometimes Zumba moves can be hard, give yourself a few classes to catch on, you'll get it. 
 
2. Add a hop.
Zumba is for people of all fitness levels. Instructors can add in variations to make routines as easy or hard as needed. As a member of a class, feel free to add a hop. Adding a little jump to your steps can help you increase the intensity of your work out. It's up to you to make the moves as big or as small as you want, but when it comes to Zumba, the bigger the better!
 
3. Don't forget about the arms!
Many Zumba moves involve a lot of footwork, but it is very important not to forget the arms! Keeping your arm movements big can help you get the most out of your workout. Zumba is designed as, and really can be a full body work out. So, tighten those arms, squeeze those thighs and gluts, and keep that tummy tight!
