It's been a busy year for us, just last Fall we opened Work it Out - River and introduced you to Blended Rides, we pushed you through tons of new Burns, and launched new kits and WiO Wellness, not to mention adding amazing new staff and instructors! With all of this behind us, it's time to give our class schedule a fun make-over that keeps you working out, pushing yourself and ultimately setting your fitness free (a little something we know about!).
Today, you'll be able to see the new Fall/Winter Schedule featured on our site and MindBody, beginning the week of October 6th. It features all of your favorite classes and Instructors, with the addition of new faces, class times, and extended schedules in the morning, evenings and weekends.
We know everyone loves to keep their routine, that's half the battle to leading a positive lifestyle. So don't fret, the changes aren't overwhelming, they are here to help you and give you more options. Offering diverse classes is what makes us special, so try something new. Grab your bestie and make a week out of it - tryout different classes, switching studios, working out with different instructors. You won't be disappointed!
We plan to change our schedule seasonally in an effort to keep our schedule fresh for our WiO community and we encourage everyone to try a new class and instructor - you definitely won’t want to miss out on a killer workout! Insider Tip Alert: Schedule posts every Monday at Noon for the following week. Snag your classes then, but don't be discouraged if you are on a wait list. They move quick and you'll most likely make it into your fav class!
