We are lean, mean health foods lovers and we keep it green too! After seeing each other running around with green juices, in and around the studios, we decided to pool our best recipes together and share it with our WiO Community.

Top three reasons we juice it up? It is a quick and efficient way to get your greens in, we can sip on it throughout all of our errands, meetings, and emails, then last but certainly not least, your body will love you for all the powerful nutrients you get directly into your system.

Don't be intimidated by whipping something together. You do not need a $500 juicer or lots of time. We all use a variety of blenders and juicers and typically make these in 10-minutes when we are still in our PJ's and waking up!

Try out our recipes and share what you think and which one is your favorite!
