We defintely got lucky at WiO's Green Day Burn with an incredible workout conducted by Kara and Ashley! Ashley kicked off the burn with a great warm-up (we were sweating 10 minutes in). We were then broken into two teams, the "talls," and the "smalls." The "smalls" went with Ashley first for a 30 minute WiO ride class mixed with weights while the "talls" did 30 minute circuit training with exercises all designed to do with a partner! Each team then switched and we ended the burn with a cool down paired with some green juice and green bread made by the incredible Lynda Lang aka Healthy Hoboken Girl!
