It's baaaaack! Outdoor Go Mommy!!! Thank you Mother Nature for bringing the warm weather - we are ready to take it outside! The Polar Vortex held us down for far too long and we need some fresh air, sunshine on our toned arms and legs, and some burpees in the grass! Starting the week of May 26th you'll see Outdoor Go Mommy at our Willow and River locations scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, more details below.
Outdoor Go Mommy is a great way to change up your workouts, try new things, discover new strengths, and push yourself with all of your favorite ladies! And let's face it, there's no better time to feel extra motivated than now - hello warm weather!
New to Outdoor Go Mommy? Expect a circuit-style workout with a mix of cardio, strength and lots of core focused exercises. Our instructors have been working hard to plan out the best workouts specialized for you.
Here's how it'll work: Everyone will always meet inside the studio and travel outside together. Kiddies stay back with our child care provider in the studio. In the event of rain, extreme heat or other poor weather conditions, please plan for your regular scheduled indoor class.
This is our very first summer to be hosting Outdoor Go Mommy at River. Classes will take place on Pier A - beautiful view and killer workout, can't get any better than that, right?!! River:
