5:25am - 6:00am - As most of you know, my day starts early at the studio! My alarm goes off around 5:25 am (maybe I hit snooze a few times!)I have my clothes laid out from night before, so I can just dart out the door. I also pre-make a smoothie the night before, and just leave it to blend in the am! My super smoothie includes, chocolate almond milk, chocolate whey protein, banana, strawberries and peanut butter with flax seeds. So yummy!
6:00am - 11:00am - I am off to the studio! Most mornings I teach 4 classes in a row, so by 11am I am pretty hungry and ready for lunch! (I can be caught scooping peanut butter on a banana or right out of the jar..ha) My favorite lunch is to create my own salad from Re Juice a Nation..anything with avocado, sign me up.
12:00pm - 5:00pm - During my break time between am and pm classes you can find me doing a hodge podge of tasks and activities. I am either "designing" evening or the following day's classes, at the studio meeting with potential new instructors or getting errands done around town. You may have spotted me biking around town before! I also like to keep up to date and fresh with fitness trends, so sometimes I go into NYC to take classes, and am ALWAYS updating my playlists to keep music current and fun.
6:oopm - 8:30pm - As the day comes to a close, I am headed back to studio for evening classes..usually leave for the day by 830pm. Head home for a light dinner (usually pre-cooked turkey meatballs), tv to unwind, and go to sleep early to do it all again!
