Introducing Our Freshman Class

It's back-to-school season - and around here we're certainly getting back to work (it out)! With the change in seasons, brings some new faces to our ever-growing team. A couple of names you may know already, but we're so excited to officially introduce to you our Freshman Class of '15! Here's a little more about the four new faces of WiO, who will be giving you your back to work (it out) sweat sessions!

Lauren Badessa

This Jersey girl has been an avid member at Work it Out since the doors of the River studio opened in 2013. After seeing some fellow WiO riders become instructors, Lauren took her passion to ride and received her Mad Dogg Certification. You can now find her channeling that energy in Naked Ride and Ride Mixer classes!

Aleta Judson

Originally from a small town outside of Seattle, WA, Aleta has found new roots in New Jersey after living on the island of Oahu for almost three years. Some may call her a hippie, but she claims to just love nature and being outside. Aleta has a training background in CrossFit and has been coaching for two years. She is always pushing to make herself stronger and better than yesterday, while having fun and living life to the fullest. Aleta will push you to make you stronger too in her Next Stop Skinny and Sweata Weatha classes!

Lindsey Larkin

Lindsey has been involved in a serious love affair with fitness that has lasted over 15 years. She is a proud marathon runner, triathlete, surfer, and Ironman in training. In her Ride and Blended Ride classes, you will move to the beat with efficient form and a happy heart. Lindsey believes that being kind with yourself and a clear mind are the best way to start a workout. When Lindsey is not at WIO, you will find her in the ocean, in the woods, or on her road bike.

Nick Lucignano

A Hoboken native, Nick has been weight training and conditioning for over 10 years, but only recently discovered his love for the full body, mixed modal style of training that WiO promotes. Nick thrives on sharing his passion for exercise and helping others maximize their fitness potential. You can look forward to doing and learning something new in each and every one of his Next Stop Skinny and Sweata Weatha classes. With several years of experience as a DJ, Nick combines both his passions of fitness and music into his sweat sessions. You can expect nothing less than a high energy, high output workout!

Pep Rally Rides

In honor of getting Back to Work (it Out) and our Freshman Class, we’ll be hosting a Pep Rally on Sunday, September 27th at River!

Our Pep Rally will include two complimentary Ride classes taught by our newest riders, Lauren and Lindsey!

Pep Rally Schedule:

11:30am Naked Ride with Lauren Badessa

12:30pm Blended Upper Class with Lindsey Larkin

Fall Schedule

We keep talking about making the most of your WiO Week - and planning out your classes. But this Fall is the best time to do it! Now that summer travel has died down, you'll have more time to try a new weekend class - or double up one evening with a toning and ride class!
