We're pumped to add another new face to the team, along with newbie Lindsey. Without further adieu, let's welcome Aleta Judson. This fierce chick is sure to have you working up a sweat in no time!

Did you know?!

When I'm not at WiO you'll find me...Training for my next race in September! It's the Spartan Beast in Vermont, consisting of approximately 15-16 miles of obstacles scattered across the ski slopes of Killington. Yikes. But I'm pumped!

Favorite restaurant in Hoboken? That's tough because I do not live in town so I don't eat out in Hoboken often, but I love Turning Point for breakfast. Probably because breakfast is my favorite meal. I've been known to have brinner (breakfast for dinner) on numerous occasions.

Your go-to song this summer? Anything by the Dirty Heads. I love that type of music. I guess you could call it sort of alternative/Cali reggae? Whatever it is, it puts me in a happy mood and you can catch me jamming out in my car. If I had to pick one song, it would be My Sweet Summer.
